This month is not the time to take great risks in the workplace.  Do your work and do it well, but it’s better to be diligently working for that paycheck than taking the long shot on winning the lottery.  Success on the job will be contingent upon coordination and collaboration with coworkers; although this may be easier said than done. Communication will be necessary, but potentially complicated at times.  Don’t rely on second hand information! If there is something that needs to be said, make sure all pertaining parties are present. This will avoid discrepancies of what is said and what was meant. If you start out this open dialogue early in the month, your team will be able to avoid wasting time bickering, and spend more time backing each other up.
